Measure 74 will provide safe access to patients, create new jobs and generate revenue for Oregon.

Vote yes on November 2nd!

Stay tuned for new developments during this historic campaign.

CPR is a coalition of people who want to ensure safe access for patients while also creating jobs and generating millions of dollars in revenue for Oregon.  Enough initiative petition signatures have been submitted to place Measure 74, the Nonprofit Dispensary Program, on the November ballot. Measure 74 provides patients battling severe and debilitating medical conditions with safe access through nonprofit dispensaries, similar to pharmacies, while generating millions of dollars for Oregon through the licensing fees of medical cannabis producers and nonprofit dispensaries.  The Nonprofit Dispensary Program will be tightly regulated by the Oregon Health Authority who has the regulatory power to pass reasonable rules and regulations to ensure that the program works efficiently for both patients and the state.  Polling shows that Measure 74 can win, but we need your help.

Oregon’s Patients Need You!

·         Provide safe access to patients through nonprofit dispensaries, similar to pharmacies.

·         Fund medical research into the effectiveness of medical marijuana and the creation of quality control standards.

·         Establish an Oregon Department of Human Services program to assist low-income and homebound patients.

·         Generate millions of dollars for the state of Oregon.  A recent report by OPB stated that an Oregon analyst looking into the impact of the Regulated Medical Marijuana Supply System predicted that the system would generate $20 million for the state in the first year.

·         Protect Oregon’s patients and medical marijuana program by creating a licensed and state-regulated revenue-generating program that is a model to be followed by other states.

·         59% of Oregon voters support the effort, but we need YOUR help.  Please donate your time or resources today!

Oregon Green Free

Oregon Green Free (OGF), a federal 501 (c) 3 nonprofit, is Oregon’s premiere medical cannabis organization and is a major supporter of the Regulated Medical Marijuana Supply System.  OGF is the state’s largest medical marijuana community and is uniquely positioned to help patients with every aspect of the Oregon Medical Marijuana Program and all of the rules, regulations and obstacles cardholders must overcome.  OGF provides a needed resource for those on the Oregon Medical Marijuana Program (OMMP). Through OGF, patients and providers can find everything needed to accomplish the goal of achieving relief through the use of this natural medicine as well as finding a community of others dedicated to the same goals.

OGF has an online community of over 5,000 people that provides a great networking tool that keeps patients and providers up-to-date on the latest scientific and political developments.  Classes and meetings, held at fourteen chapters across Oregon provide networking opportunities and help keep cardholders informed who may not be active on the internet. OGF’s patient resource center provides a social setting for registered patients. OGF’s Grateful Garden Supply provides discounted growing supplies and equipments for cardholders.  OGF is politically active across the state, helping protect and improve the OMMP, at the ballot box, legislature and administrative hearings
